You will be responsible for the property management activity of the leased, revenue and freehold portfolio.This role will be required in Sydney CBD with hybrid working.An overview of the role:
- Liaising with landlords/ tenants, being the first point of contact
- Support the portfolio with financial administration including supporting the preparation and management of annual budget, expenditure processes and managing Accounts Receivable variance reports
- Work and liaise with the Facilities team on management of the leased assets
- Manage leased facilities to ensure it is compliant with the lease
- Maintain critical lease and licence documentation
- Assist with lease negotiations, market rent reviews, property inspections and property submissions

- You must have full working rights in Australia with the ability to undertake police checks
- Relevant Real Estate Certification or registration with a proven track record in Commercial Property management
- Demonstrated effective client relationship skills – able to interact face to face or via video link with stakeholder of all levels
- Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal), coupled with active listening
- Has an eye for detail and drive to provide best delivery of services
- Self-motivated, confident and driven with ability to work autonomously as well as in a remote team environment
- Highly organised team player, with strong attention to detail and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to work autonomously and in a remote team environment
- Ability to effectively deal with stressful situations
