AddressThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing operational procurement spend across manufacturing sites and warehouses, liaising with internal stakeholders across multiple disciplines to drive significant cost savings.
- Working closely with domestic suppliers, creating supplier relationship frameworks that facilitate long-term partnerships, particularly with 3PL providers.
- Utilizing analytical skills and Excel reporting to support demand/supply planning and understand spend scope.
- Partnering with the Operations Manager and Senior Procurement Manager to collaboratively streamline supply chain and Procurement Operations.
The successful candidate will possess the following:
- 5+ years' experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- Experience in FMCG, ideally within a smaller business or a standalone function.
- Strong analytical capabilities including the ability to develop pivot tables and V-lookups, as well as strong demand and supply planning skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and a drive to grow with an organization, learning every step of the way.
