As a Procurement/Contract Specialist with Halcyon Knights, you will:

• Strategic Procurement: Plan, implement, and evaluate procurement activities for construction contracts, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• Stakeholder Management: Effectively manage stakeholder expectations and requirements throughout the procurement process, delivering outcomes aligned with objectives.
• Analysis and Advice: Provide high-level analysis, research, and expert advice for the development of agency procurement programs, projects, systems, policies, and services.
• Documentation Expert: Prepare complex technical documents and correspondence, demonstrating attention to detail for assigned programs, projects, assets, systems, and/or services.
• Consultation and Negotiation: Undertake critical and commercially sensitive consultation and negotiation processes with stakeholders, vendors, contractors, suppliers, and across government agencies.
• Customer Service Excellence: Deliver a high standard of customer service for internal and external clients, emphasizing quality management and risk mitigation.

Requirements:

• Experience in successfully leading medium to high-risk end-to-end construction procurement processes.
• Ability to operate under limited direction and within set timeframes.
• Strong negotiation and consultation skills.
• Relevant qualifications in procurement or a related field.
• National Police Clearance
