Your Skillset: Previous experience in a similar role within the supermarket industry, with a strong focus on produce management. Exceptional leadership abilities with a proven track record of coaching and developing teams. Deep knowledge of produce varieties, seasonality, and quality standards. Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to thrive in a busy, high-volume environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
