About the role
In this role you will take responsibility for leading Harvest Moon’s information and technology business area to ensure our technology framework effectively supports and enhances the company’s national operations. This is a key role in the business that will support Harvest Moon's commitment to drive innovation and align business strategies with efficient, cost effective and secure technology solutions.
About YOU
With a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, & relevant IT certification (e.g., CompTIA IT Fundamentals, CompTIA A+, Network+, or others) you will bring several years of experience in the successful implementation of IT networks & systems, preferably in manufacturing or a related industry. You will be able to demonstrate expertise in ERP systems, database management, and data warehousing, including popular platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or others relevant to the industry.
Key skills, competencies & qualifications we are seeking for this position include:
- Knowledge of data capture, reporting platforms and system workflows across different platforms.
- Understanding of technical architectures, including server infrastructure, networking, and cloud computing.
- Experience in designing and executing data migration strategies, ensuring accurate and seamless transfer of data from legacy systems to new ERP systems.
- Knowledge of integration techniques and technologies to connect ERP systems with other applications within Harvest Moon (e.g., APIs, middleware).
- Understanding of security principles and experience in implementing robust security measures to protect sensitive data.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
