As a Department Manager, you will be responsible for the successful operation of the Produce Department within the store, leading your team to deliver an exceptional fresh food offering to our customers.

Skills required:
- Previous Retail Department Manager experience, Produce experience is preferred
- Experience leading and developing a team
- Exceptional customer service experience and merchandising ability
- Ability to manage and lead the team, ensuring compliance to Food safety standards
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Retail systems knowledge
Key responsibilities
- To have full responsibility for the successful operation of the Produce Department within the store

- To work closely with the local community and display an ‘of course’ attitude
- To ensure customers receive an exceptional shopping experience
