We are actively seeking a proactive and dedicated individual to join our Delivery team as a Product Coach. As a key contributor, you will play a vital role in support to establish a centre of excellence for Product Management and Agile within the Product and Software Development (P&SD) function. This is a great opportunity for a Product & Delivery expert to support the definition of benchmarks for Product Management and Agile practices, advocating for end-to-end delivery with transparency and clarity.

Reporting to the Manager Product Coaching and working in a collaborative community within our Product & Software Development division, you will:

  • Collaborate with various teams within the P&SD & IS&T to contribute to the development and maintenance of the Agile and Product adoption strategy, aiming to establish a 'Product Led' function within IS&T
  • Continuously improves and supports the scaling of the delivery approach as P&SD's needs and capabilities evolve. Helps the teams to optimise the end-to-end value stream by collaborating across teams, domains and functions
  • Work to identify impediments to delivering value and collaborate with relevant partners to address them
  • Participate in delivering training sessions covering the principles, practices, tools, and techniques of the Agile and Product learning offering
  • Support teams in using evidence-based data to continuously improve product knowledge, validate roadmaps, and contribute to conversations regarding the next best investment for the product

What you'll bring

  • A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
  • 3+ years' experience in product management across the full product development lifecycle or leading an Agile coaching function with exposure to a wide array of technologies, methodologies, and business environments
  • Great understanding of Agile principles and practices and a willingness to learn how these are applied to drive successful product delivery
  • Experience working independently in a dynamic environment, showing an ability to navigate complexity and contribute to delivering valuable outcomes
