We deliver excellence. - define who we are.Exciting Leadership Opportunity:We are seeking a senior Registered Nurse with a passion for leadership to join us as a Night Duty Coordinator.Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a resource for high-quality, cost-effective patient care in a safe environment
• Utilise our Nursing Division's philosophy, objectives, policies, and programs to plan, implement and evaluate effective patient care delivery systems.
• Educate and guide staff on National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards (NSQHSS).
• Maintain cooperative relationships with medical, nursing, administrative, allied health, and ancillary staff.

About You:You bring extensive acute clinical nursing experience (minimum 4 years post-registration) within a private hospital setting along with proven leadership, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Your ability to think creatively and analytically is essential for managing complex scenarios and responding to patient's needs.What We Are Looking For:

• In depth knowledge of nursing legislation and standards
• Experience in performance management and improvement programs
• Proven ability to plan and conduct patient and staff education
• Current knowledge of WHS Legislation and EO principles
• Current registration with AHPRA
• A passion for mentoring and educating future senior nurses.
• Relevant postgraduate qualifications and current Advanced Life Support Certification are highly regarded.

Hours: 36 hours per fortnight (4 Shifts), working Night Duty across a 14 - day roster. Hours are negotiable with the successful candidate.Why Choose St Andrew's:
