The opportunity…

The Product Complaints Coordinator works within the RAQA team to manage the life cycle of Product Complaints within their assigned range of specialty areas. Key responsibilities include the intake of customer's feedback and reporting to manufacturers as part of monitoring product performance in the Australian and New Zealand market. Through working with internal and external stakeholders, the successful candidate will ensure timely resolution of complaints resulting in ongoing provision of high-quality and safety of device.

To be successful in the role, the ideal candidate should have great attention to detail, collaborative and patient safety focus, excellent communication skills and ability to deliver tasks within deadlines while managing a large volume of activities.

Experience required:

  • Tertiary qualification in a related field (Science, engineering preferable)
  • Good understanding of medical terminology
  • Experience in engaging with multiple stakeholders with effective communication skills
  • Experience in using SharePoint, Microsoft suite such as Outlook, Excel, Word etc.
