AddressMultigate Medical Products (MMP) is one of Australia and New Zealand's leading suppliers of procedure packs and medical consumables for the public and private hospital markets. We are a proud family-owned business founded in 1986 that has grown significantly from humble beginnings.
As a result of this continued growth, we are moving to a new state of the art and modern premises in Yennora in 2025. We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a QA Complaints Officer, located in Villawood, Sydney.
The role is a member of the QA team and reports directly to the Senior Quality Manager who reports to the Head of QA. Both have a wealth of experience in all aspects of QA so this represents a tremendous development opportunity. This role would suit a QA professional with some level of experience in this field with a focus on detail and improvement.
In conjunction with the planned move to new premises, MMP is also undertaking significant technology, process changes together with teamwork upskilling and so we seek a genuine and passionate individual in this role.
About You
- Demonstrated experience in understanding and interpreting customer requirements and expectations
- Be able to learn and apply Multigate's Quality & Environmental Management Systems
- Ability to review, interpret and investigate submitted reports and identify and obtain missing information
- Develop a practical understanding of Multigate products, processes, specifications and procedures
- Ability to use standard office software but also necessary elements of Multigate's ERP & CRM software.
- Highly developed communication skills in order to translate technical into lay terms and vice-versa
- Comfortable in a customer (B2B) facing role and ideally in a similar manufacturing environment
- Be actively involved in problem solving and improvement activities and advise on such changes
- Assisting with internal and external audits/compliance checks
- Maintain clear and appropriate records and reports
- Relevant tertiary education is also expected
