About the role
In this critical role, you will lead the management of our Heritage portfolio of member facing products before pivoting to deliver and manage our future People First product offerings. Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, you will ensure the effective operation of your allocated product portfolio to contribute to ensure customer acquisition and retention whilst providing an enhanced customer experience.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Delivering products to market including product campaigns and initiatives, member communications, product disclosure documents, governance and compliance and system changes
Contributing to the delivery and management of products across the product lifecycle
Working collaboratively to define our target market to ensure that these products are meeting our ongoing design and distribution obligations
Managing third-party product partners
Collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement pricing strategies that achieve customer and portfolio growth targets
Developing and submitting product reviews
Collaborating across departments to deliver the Heritage and People’s Choice merger product integration strategy
Managing interest rate changes by working with the Portfolio & Pricing team to provide competitor pricing analysis and recommendations
About you
We are in a significant period of growth and change. As such, your success in this role will rely on your ability to thrive in an agile environment with changing priorities whilst developing and maintaining relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. Similarly, your proactive approach to your work has resulted in a strong track record to successfully lead a customer-focused delivery team aligned with appropriate governance structures.

Substantial experience in a product management-related role within the banking or finance industry
High level analytical and quantitative skills
Strong strategic mindset and confidence to question and challenge
Proven ability to learn complex, technical topics quickly and explain them simply
Proven ability to positively manage change for strategic and operational outcomes
