We are currently inviting applications from skilled and motivated individuals for the position of Product Delivery Specialist, offering an opportunity for professional growth and development within our organisation.
About the Role
As a Product Delivery Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of our business. Your responsibilities will encompass representing the product, triaging support requests, managing customer support needs, ensuring seamless product implementations, overseeing product releases, and providing training to our valued customers. In addition, you will collaborate with the Executive Team to address operational tasks as needed
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage and triage support tickets from existing clients, offering assistance to the development team when required
- Spearhead and execute the product implementation process for new clients
- Contribute to the specification of new features, enhancing the overall product offering
- Apply best practices in integration and management for the seamless deployment of systems
- Foster collaboration across teams to facilitate smooth day-to-day business operations
- Assist in the preparation of essential organisational contracts and agreements
- Provide support to the Executive Team and Operations team in diverse tasks as required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement
- Strong analytical skills to efficiently triage technology and customer issues
- Proficiency in IT skills, including the Microsoft Suite and Google applications
- Desirable: Prior exposure to the Aquatic or Leisure industry, demonstrating an understanding of its unique dynamics, or previous experience in software development
- Desirable: Previous experience using JIRA
- The ability to work autonomously while thriving in a collaborative team environment
- Exceptional multitasking and prioritisation abilities suitable for a fast-paced setting
- Strong time management skills to respond promptly and effectively to customer and stakeholder requests
