We are seeking an experienced Qualified Fire Sprinkler Fitter to join our team.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Carry out testing and maintenance of all wet and dry Fire Systems in accordance with AS1851-2012, this will include Monthly, 6 Monthly and Annual Testing;
- Routine Maintenance and Service on Fire Pumps and Tanks
- Perform Integrity Testing;
- Perform Flow Tests : Systems Hydrants /Sprinkler Systems
- Perform Pressure Testing : Hydrants Hydrostatic Pressure Test and DFES Booster Testing
- Complete Hydrant Valve Overhauls
- Performing on site emergencies repairs
- Proven field service experience, ability to Troubleshoot, Test and Repair;
- Identifying Issues and Non-Conformances;
- Quote New Jobs and Rectification work;
- Preparing accurate and timely onsite service sheets and reports;
Skills & Experience
- A current Trade Qualification (Fire Protection Scope – Hydrants and Pump Sets, Sprinkler & Suppression Systems)
- A current Qualified Persons Extinguishing Agent Handling Licence.
- A valid Sprinkler Fitter/Plumbing Licence is preferable
- A valid and unrestricted open WA driver's licence
- A construction induction card
- Police certificate clearance for access to Government and other sites
A sound Knowledge of Australian Standards and codes relevant to the fire industry
- Suitable experience in installation, service and testing of Sprinkler, Hydrant, Fire Hose Reel, Pumps and Pump Sets and Special Hazard systems.
- Proven industry experience in fire systems and equipment
- Strong ability in fault diagnosis and solving issues on site, and a Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to deal with a range of people
- A strong service focus, and the ability to work autonomously with a pro-active approach to managing deadlines
- The ability to read/ interpret plans
