The Role
As a Product Designer at Cashrewards, you'll be responsible for understanding user needs and business opportunities to help bring product experiences to life.
Reporting to the Product Design Manager, you’ll be supported by talented colleagues who are motivated by developing a deep understanding of user needs to design beautiful, intuitive experiences that people love.
In addition to working closely with product squads and the Product Design team, you will also play a key role in helping to enable our growth by contributing to the development and maintenance of the Cashrewards design system.
Your Focus
Work across the entire end-to-end design process, from discovery and ideation to iteration and implementation alongside your team
Deliver customer journeys, user stories, wireframes, and prototypes across our app product
Produce native app UI designs with the aim of creating a best-in-class digital product. Ensure alignment with accessibility and user-centric guidelines, as well as current design trends, to deliver an exceptional user experience.
Assist in gathering user insights, conducting interviews, synthesising results, and ensuring research and data are used to inform design decisions.
Clearly communicate how the design should look and behave throughout interaction flows and journeys (e.g. Design specifications, experience/interaction specifications etc)
Collaborate and work alongside a cross functional team including fellow designers, product managers and engineers to optimise the experience for how customers interact with Cashrewards.
Contribute to the Cashrewards design system Figma libraries, focusing on building smart, responsive components that meet accessibility standards, and that enable the team to work quickly and efficiently.
Champion the voice of the user, elevate design standards and create amazing experiences for Cashrewards members.
About You
3-5 years previous experience as a UX/UI or Product Designer with a primary focus on App Design, specifically native applications built for iOS, Android using React Native or similar
Present a comprehensive portfolio of your own work showcasing your design skills across digital product development, wireframes, and prototypes
Experience or an understanding working across the end-to-end experience design process
Experience working with design systems
Passionate about your design craft
Experience working in an agile productenvironment
Understanding of experimentation and test strategies for optimisation
High level of skills using Figma, Miro, and Adobe Creative Suite
A passion for design thinking methods with a deep understanding and a high degree of empathy for the people who experience your work
Excellent facilitation, communication and collaboration abilities, a flexible and friendly approach to working with teams, and the attitude to always strive for the best outcomes.
