We are truly a challenger brand, with challenger spirit.We’re on the lookout for a Senior Product Designer (UX/UI) to join one of our 'Funnel' squads and orchestrate the strategic redesign of our website's top-of-the-funnel pages delivering against our purpose to grow online sales via simple experience with relevant and exciting offers. As a senior member of the design team you will envision and craft the design, and also define the principles that will guide our design approach across the website.Your day to day will consist of...

• Strategic Design: Work in tandem with the Chapter Lead and Product Design Leads to craft and refine the vision and execution strategy for the website's redesign. Your focus will be on elevating the top-of-the funnel user experience.
• End-to-End Design Ownership: Guide the design process from concept through to execution, delivering designs that embody our dedication to excellence and accessibility.
• Design Advocacy: Present and champion your design solutions to business partners, articulating the rationale and demonstrating the impact of your design decisions.
• Hands-On Contribution: Apply your outstanding UI and UX skills to directly contribute to design projects, ensuring the delivery of intuitive and inclusive user experiences.

What makes you perfect for the role?

• Professional qualifications in Design, Mixed Media, or related field, underpinned with hands-on, lengthy experience in a similar role in a large organization.
• Strong experience as an End-to-End Product Designer - You are adept at guiding projects from research and concept through to final execution, ensuring a seamless user journey and coherent design language.
• Ability to craft intuitive interfaces that elevate user engagement with a commitment to excellence and attention to detail.
• Experience working with design system/s in large organizations, either by aiding the expansion of a design system or by actively collaborating within an established design system.
• Capability to autonomously drive design initiatives, pushing the boundaries of what's possible, leading with vision, and ensuring that every design decision supports the broader business goals and enhances user satisfaction.
• Experience with Optus's preferred tools: Figma, Optimizely, Google Analytics, FullStory.
