Located in Silver Water, they are offering a fantastic opportunity to join and head up their Quality and Product Development Teams as the Product, Innovation and R&D Manager.
Your passion, experience, technical aptitude and drive for success will allow you to lead your team’s product offerings from research and development, through to commercialisation, launch and growth.
This role is very hands on and will have you successfully operating at both a strategic and operational level.
Key responsibilities of the role will include but are not limited to:
- New Product Development.
- Research and Analysis.
- People leadership.
- Key Supplier Management.
The successful applicants background will ideally include:
- Previous experience in a similar level role – ideally within an Aftermarket Automotive business or supplier.
- Product Management Experience.
- Strong technical expertise.
- Previous experience leading teams.
- Experience in leading R&D functions including commercialisation of products.
- A strong commercial acumen.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Tertiary Qualification in a Engineering discipline.
