The Product Manager will work within Corporate and Capability System Program Office and manage selected capabilities that range from bespoke software to ICT infrastructure.
The Product Manager will typically, but not exclusively, manage the development, enhancement, sustainment and implementation of enterprise wide capabilities to meet evolving customer needs.

Essential Criteria
- Responsible for leading the planning, management and delivery of new capability and system enhancements, including supporting documentation.
- Lead a multi-disciplinary team to design and deliver against the product roadmap and sustainment activities.
- Influence the continuous improvement process by developing and enhancing procedures, including contract and relationship management.
- Codification and Transfer of knowledge relating to activities/work undertaken under this contract to Commonwealth Officers.
Desirable Criteria
- Product Management Certification (e.g. SCRUM Product Manager or AIPMM) desirable
- Understanding of Defence Capability Life Cycle. Primarily in regards to the in-service phase.
