The Role
If you have a passion for product management and a keen interest in automotive filtration products this is the job for you! The role's purpose is to manage Niterra Australia's Filtration Program and other assigned products by developing new product ranges or growing existing product ranges.
Based at our head office in Mentone, Victoria the Product Manager - Filtration will also monitor, assess and put forward recommendations for price point adjustments to remain competitive in the market. The successful candidate will also maintain internal & external customer e-Catalogues whilst providing technical support to other departments (Marketing, Customer Service, Sales), as well as our customers on all products distributed by Niterra Australia.
As the successful candidate you will be joining a dynamic, supportive and energetic team that's driven by a collaborative culture working closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to assist in executing the business strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic development of automotive filtration solutions, ensuring alignment with industry standards and customer demands.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive product innovation and meet stringent performance and quality requirements.
- Partner closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop comprehensive strategies that maximize product visibility and market penetration.
- Provide sales support and training to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers and stakeholders.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of filtration products, from concept to end-of-life, with a focus on profitability and market competitiveness.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform product updates and enhancements, maintaining a strategic advantage in the marketplace.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and technical support, fostering strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and address evolving market needs effectively.
