About the Opportunity

In this role you will manage a portfolio of consumer and business lending products to drive profitable customer and business growth. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the strategic development and driving the delivery of the assets product portfolio.
• Reviewing market, consumer & competitor performance, insights and trends within the financial industry to develop insights and recommendations for management consideration and to inform strategic thinking and direction.
• Research, design and development of competitive consumer and business propositions (product offers, pricing, channel experiences, partnership offers, etc.) to deliver portfolio acquisition, engagement and retention objectives.
• Optimising the customer experience for the asset product portfolio relating to customer facing digital systems including the website, mobile and online banking platforms.
• Collaborating and supporting Sales, Marketing & Operations to drive product sales growth through integrated program initiatives

About You

We are seeking someone who has the following qualifications, skills and experience:

• Finance/Commerce Degree (or related professional services discipline)
• 5+ years’ experience in product management/ e-commerce or related discipline
• Product Management experience (preferably within Financial Services)
• Strong commercial and analytical skills
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet targets & deadlines
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Highly motivated & positive attitude
