About the OpportunityAs the
Production Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our production department in Australia, ensuring smooth operations and high standards of quality and efficiency. You will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction. This is a great opportunity to implement process improvements as well as lead and develop the team.
Duties- Be a people leader, developing and mentoring the team.
- Guide and train the team to ensure adherence to policies
- Collaborate with Lab Manager for technical practices
- Implement global product specifications and procedures
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations
- Develop and implement new processes and technologies
Skills and Experience- Experienced in production management within the medical device industry is preferred.
- Strong people leadership and strategic.
- Experience working in an environment with 3D printing and AI technologies would be highly advantageous.
- Continuous improvement mindset and excellent communication skills is required.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and working with highly regulated products.
