Patriot Supply Co is an online retailer of camping related products, offroading related products and apparel for Patriot Campers.
Patriot Campers specialises in the design and manufacture of quality and award-winning camper trailers and Toy-Haulers. We manufacture and sell directly from the company's premises in Queensland and also through a distribution network of dealers located across Australia and Internationally. Our mandate is to focus on producing quality products, continue to innovate and strive to exceed our customer expectations by providing outstanding customer service and care.
The Role
Due to the growth of Patriot Campers we have an exciting fulltime, contract role available with Patriot Supply Co and as part of the Patriot Campers marketing team.
The job is a full-time position. Hours of work being 7:00 am and 4:00 pm Monday to Friday and every second Friday is an RDO. As the Product Manager you will be reporting directly to the General Manager of the Patriot Campers Retail Group.
The primary role of the Product Manager is to drive the marketing direction of Patriot Supply Co and the products within as well as assisting with product purchasing, sourcing new products and market analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of the Product Manager include, but are not limited to;
Neto E-commerce Platform
- Manage the online store
- Maintain product descriptions and presentation
- Product ordering and forecasting
- Promotions and Specials
Customer Service
- Manage the customer service pipeline
- Answer questions regarding products
- Maintain a high standard of customer service
- Manage Warranty and Returns
Marketing
- Work with the internal marketing team on marketing campaigns and events
- Work with the internal marketing team on the social media presence
- Manage and maintain the online advertising for Patriot Supply Co
Product Development
- Identify and source products that suit Patriot Supply Co
- Work with the branding of new first-party brands and product lines
- Work with suppliers on agreements, manage the buying process and buy-price
About you
- Tertiary education and/or experience in marketing
- Current industry experience and enthusiasm
- Be able to work on projects independently
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to schedule and maintain project calendars
- Ability to coordinate with internal team to achieve outcomes
