Let’s talk about this role
This is a 6 month Fixed Term Contract as the Product Owner. In this role, you will design and deliver a simpler and more transparent process with a reduction in associated handling costs across the end to end traveller journey as required.
This role is responsible for the realisation of the future state customer experience for travellers and providers. It defines superior traveller experiences and participates in and drives the cross functional teams to deliver on that vision within our business unit.
You will achieve this through implementing technology; adopting contemporary and innovative, best in industry processes; and establishing new, agile ways of operating.
Other duties will include:
Identifying the most important and impactful member/provider processes and systematically map them, identify pain points, and work to apply technology to automate and improve them while ensuring compliance, quality and cost effectiveness.
Implement regulatory and business requirements into workflows and processes. Ensure the regulatory compliance of all team operations
Find synergies between workflows and processes and work to eliminate redundancies.
Enablement and adoption of digital channels for members and providers
Reducing member/provider turnaround times
Reducing the cost per serve for each experience
Improving the end-to-end member/provider experience
Let’s talk about you
The successful candidate will have previous experience in the product management space, with experience leading service-oriented teams in a complex environment.
You will have a track record of consistent quality and efficiency improvements and be systematic/process-oriented thinking (lean operations, project management, etc.).
