What you'll do
MILKRUN is flipping the grocery game on its head with groceries and more delivered in minutes. We're on a mission to make convenience more convenient and help people get more time to do the things they love. We're working hard to roll out the MILKRUN magic to customers across Australia & New Zealand. With the full backing of the Woolworths retail network and resources, this venture is set to change the way Australians shop for their everyday needs.
As an Product Owner you will be responsible for :
- Act as the Scrum Product Owner for one or two delivery teams, overseeing the product life cycle.
- Take ownership of the team's product backlog, ensuring its coherence, prioritisation, and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Craft clear and concise user stories with comprehensive acceptance criteria, facilitating streamlined development processes.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for features developed by the team, ensuring
- high-quality deliverables.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the engineering teams and product stakeholders,
- effectively communicating product vision, objectives, and requirements.
- Participate in the initial assessment of feature requests, evaluating feasibility and aligning them with business goals.
What you'll bring
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in E-commerce and a proven track record of delivering successful initiatives from start to finish. They should also have a strong understanding of customer-facing applications and be able to demonstrate their technical expertise. - Demonstrated expertise in Scrum/Agile methodologies with a proven track record as a Scrum Product Owner.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, capable of fostering strong relationships and effectively managing expectations.
- Ability to synthesise complex information and focus on pertinent details, facilitating informed decision-making.
- Proficiency in prioritisation techniques and adept at managing functional dependencies within product backlogs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong influencing skills, capable of gaining consensus and buy-in while fostering collaboration.
