You'll be responsible for
Responsible for driving finance outcomes across all verticals, working collaboratively with the Non Area lead to ensure correct SME’s are engaged in a timely manner, and being a central contact point between finance and the Transformation Program teams.
Deliver program and finance objectives within agreed timelines and provide updates to key stakeholders.
Working closely with other Product owners across Transformation program to drive collaboration and ensure any impacts to Finance are planned and known ahead of time.
Providing and managing a single aged view of Finance defects, incidents, risks in conjunction with other Product owners.
Work closely with the program change management, communications and training resources to ensure change to current and future processes is understood by key finance personnel.
Ensure key financial controls are designed, embedded and functioning efficiently for areas of responsibility.
Guide and support the team in defining, prioritising, designing, developing, testing and implementing solutions.
About you
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline with relevant accreditations (Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) / Chartered Accountant (CA).
Highly developed consulting and influencing skills, demonstrating the ability to co-create strategy and valuable analytical solutions with key business stakeholders.
Experience in managing finance projects.
Ability to interpret and analyse complex information, extract meaningful insights and evaluate options for decision making.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact and influence.
Highly developed stakeholder management skills, demonstrating the ability to liaise with business stakeholders that are geographically dispersed effectively.
