This position is responsible for the implementation of the global strategy in the specific territory as well as supporting our internal sales teams and customers. The successful candidate will develop, coordinate and execute the strategic initiatives of the Milling Wears Service line.How will you help us achieve this:Lead technical/sales team in respective region(s)Management of the product line including OI, Revenue for designated regionDirect line or matrix management of other support personnelSupport/own inventory levels in specified MAManage and develop relevant business processesProvide support and training for regions and customersGuide product technical/engineering team on market trends to further adapt PL designsWhat you bring:
- Good experience within the mining/industrial industry.
- Essential - experience in sales/business development
- Good communication skills, written and spoken.
- Able to travel domestic and internationally.
- Experience in managing a portfolio of products and the implementation of solutions with a proven track record of successful deliveries.
- Good experience in leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional, diverse teams in different locations.
