Form of workLocated in the heart of Pokolbin, Hope Estate is home to a multi-award winning Brewery, an established Winery and recently opened Distillery. Additional facets of the business include Concerts, Functions, Events & Festivals.
We are presently seeking an enthusiastic & energetic production all-rounder to work as part of our team.
This is a hands-on role with a variety of tasks in a dynamic working environment where flexibility, a can-do attitude and work ethic are essential.
Primarily in this role you will assist the production team in the preparation and packaging of our products and warehousing therefore experience driving a fork lift is a must. This is a full-time role Monday-Friday with the occasional weekend for events.
Other responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Working on the canning and bottling lines
- Assisting with upkeep of the venue's parks and gardens
- Setting up for concerts and events
The right candidate must possess the following:
- A fork lift licence (essential)
- Be flexible and able to work under pressure
- Enthusiasm and self-motivation
- Take pride in their work
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A current driver’s licence and reliable transport
- An understanding that long hours may be required
- Be physically fit and able to lift heavy items
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good OH&S Awareness

Pay rate is negotiable depending on experience.
