They are currently seeking an experienced Brand Manager within the Sydney Metro area to join their growing team and drive marketing strategy to launch their new product!
About the Role
Reporting to the Director and Head of Marketing, the Brand Manager assists in developing and executing sound marketing plans and keeping all brands in the portfolio fresh and relevant to their target markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepares brand plan with particular focus on the co-ordination of market and competitor data; SWOT analysis, and performance data review (sales and marketing activity)
- Develop brand strategy and A&P investment to maximise sales volume and brand equity building
- Collaboratively develop the mechanics of the brand activity (BAB & non-BAB)
- Works with the global brand team on specific projects providing regular updates and reports as directed
- Briefs and manages agencies on specific projects as directed with ultimate sign-off for briefs & project budget from Manager
- Develops, implements, and evaluates all projects and marketing activities
- Develops the detailed external brand reports to brand owners within agreed timelines
- Where applicable, participates in any NPD projects aligned with their brands
- Prepares all documentation and follows the internal gating process for all NPD projects
- Becomes a brand expert on market, target consumers, customers and competitors and identifies key opportunities
What You Will Need to Succeed
- Your ability to demonstrate your previous brand management experience is a must to be considered for this role
- Experience in liquor and/or beverage industry
- You have highly honed interpersonal and organisational skills as well as the ability to create and foster trusted relationships, which will allow you to achieve your targets
