We manufacture frames to finished product including sofas, beds, bespoke custom jobs to Various scopes in commercial work.
We are a flexible company ideally you will work Monday - Friday 9-5 however we are also offering 3 days a week for the right candidate.
Paid is based on level of experience.
The role will see you across multiple areas of the business - no two days will ever be the same.
You will work closely with production manger and Team to schedule production work flow.
Support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly creating delivery slips and co coordinating with clients regarding fabric and delivery dates
You will book in deliveries with freight companies
• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders with fabric suppliers
• Perform receptionist duties: greet visitors, and answer and direct phone calls
• Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail
• Develop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately
• Assist with office layout planning and Event management
• Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new systems
• Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports
• Maintain a safe, secure, and pleasant work environment
