Production Excavator & All Round Operators

Can you Dig it? Prefer to Push it? or are you a Smooth Operator?

We are looking for experienced Production Excavator & All Round Operators (Dozer, Grader & Dump Truck) for full time roles.

These positions are for Production Excavator Operators & All Round Operators; 

• Diggers - Current RII in Excavator Operations.  Ideally Liebherr R9800 - Pre-Strip, Liebherr R9350, Hitachi EX1200. Previous experience in Excavator Operations - critical. Ability to operate other mobile plant when required (e.g., Dozers, Loaders, Dump Trucks, Graders)

• Pushers & Smoothers – Current RII in Dozer & Grader Operations.  Ideally experience on CAT D10 and/or D11 Dozers & or CAT 16M & 24M Graders and who have the ability to operate other mobile plant when required (e.g. Dump Trucks & Water Trucks)

The important bits:

• Permanent positions for the right candidates
• 7/7 Day/Night roster, 12.5 hour shifts
• BIBO from Mackay and Townsville or DIDO
• Camp meals and accommodation provided
• Attractive hourly base rate plus hourly allowance - fortnightly pays
• Retention Bonus Scheme
• Ongoing training opportunities
• Regular overtime on offer

And more important bits:

• National Police Clearance within 6 months, without lots of naughty stuff on it
• Current valid Australian driver’s license – not one out of a cereal packet
• Applicants must have, or be willing to obtain Coal Board Medical (breathe in the thingo, jump up and down a bit, answer lots of questions)
• Standard 11 Statement of Attainment
• Drug and alcohol screen (do what you have to do in the jar)
• Confirmation of right to work in Australia
• Contactable referees, preferably not your mates
