We are seeking driven, values-focused, Production Operators to join our hardworking Packing team at the North Ryde site!
24- month maximum term to Full-time opportunity
Multiple availabilities across Day & Night shifts

What you'll do
The Production Operator is responsible for working as part of a team and following processes on a production line. Your responsibilities will include:
Operating production equipment as per standard operating procedures and quality standards.
Conducting visual inspection of products.
Assisting inline cleaning, clearance, and opening.
Recording of data for production measurement activities.
Maintaining work, health, and safety standards and raising issues to relevant personnel.
Working as part of a team towards collective goals (Safety, Quality, Performance and People)
Participating in AstraZeneca's Lean program and the TPM journey.
Essential for the role
Consistent demonstration of AstraZeneca Values and behaviours.
Proven high performer and positive contributor to existing team and AstraZeneca.
Reliable, takes initiatives and a team player with great attention to detail and good PC skills.
Demonstrated ability to work in an inclusive and diverse environment that promotes a Speak Up culture.
Good communication skills including basic math and English literacy.
Willing to learn about the processes and broadly around Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Desirable for the role
Experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
Familiar with GMP standards.
Familiar with Lean and TPM methodologies
