We are looking for Production Operators to join the team based in Port Hedland at Dampier Salt. This is a great opportunity for experienced, safety focused Mobile Plant Operators to join the Rio Tinto Dampier Salt team.
This rare and exciting opportunity will see you working a 6/6 roster which will consist of 3 day’s, 3 night’s and 6 off.

Ideal candidates may have experience with the following equipment:
- Dozer experience
- Grader experience
- Ship loading experience
- Road Train experience and MC Licence preferred.
You’ll be part of a friendly and inclusive team, supported by your Supervisor to grow and achieve your own personal goals as well as the goals of the team.
What you’ll bring
- A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team

- Experience working in a Mining Operations role in mining or another heavy industry.
- A full manual C class licence
