About the Role
This role is a hands-on position working in our Yatala facility with the key areas of responsibility being:
- Working efficiently to agreed schedules, maintaining a seamless flow of materials and product handling.
- Manage filling lines as required
- Perform manual labelling, filling, and packaging tasks as required.
- Safely load and unload trucks to ensure a continuous supply chain.
- Restock stock picking areas, optimizing workflow.
- Checking, packing and labelling of final product
- Cleaning of production equipment including mixing vats
- Maintain cleanliness in work and stock areas.
- Compliance with company’s quality policies, standard operating procedures, documentation, and management systems
- Report safety hazards and actively participate in safety activities.
- Participate actively in regular meetings and other team activities.
About You
To be considered for this role you will have:
- Proven experience working on a production line, involving material handling, troubleshooting, quality checks, and adherence to safety protocols.
- The ability to follow step by step instructions
- Experience in the Food Processing, Pharmaceutical or Chemical Manufacturing industry would be advantageous
- Collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Possession of a current and valid Forklift License is desirable.
- Exceptional accuracy, numeracy, and quality assurance skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, a strong work ethic, and reliability as a team member.
