Our client is a cutting-edge startup dedicated to revolutionizing animal health products for sheep and cattle in Australia. As they continue to expand operations, they are looking for multiple Production Operators to start with them as soon as possible.

What will you be doing?
Reporting to the Production Leader, this role is responsible for production related tasks and responsibilities in a highly regulated and lean manufacturing environment.
- Work across all manufacturing operations - dispensary, manufacturing, and packaging
- Ensure equipment cleanliness and sanitation following SOPs
- Adhere to SOPs in all relevant areas to ensure consistent quality
- Monitor, evaluate and optimise processes and equipment for maximum quality and efficiency
- Maintain accurate documentation of all tasks completed
- Collaborate effectively to meet production requirements safely and efficiently, while promoting a culture of continuous improvement
What do you need?
- Demonstrated work experience in an FMCG environment (pharmaceutical preferred)
- Strong GMP knowledge
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Physically fit and able to lift 20kg as required
