Job description:
Formula for Success
In this permanent position as a Production Operator, you'll work as part of a close-knit team at our Somersby site to safely ensure the production and repacking of goods in accordance with production scheduling requirements.
You'll:
- Replenish bulk storage, prepare and process products.
- Set up and break down of production equipment.
- Operate the equipment and plant in accordance to structured procedures.
- General production and warehouse duties, including loading of transport vehicles.
- Ensure quality and issue management and report any issues to management.
Ingredients for Success
To be successful in this role you'll be a team player, with the ability to manage multiple priorities whilst keeping a keen focus on quality and safety.
You'll:
- Ideally have experience in a production environment, manufacturing plant and/or warehouse-based position
- Demonstrate examples of taking the initiative to problem solve and improve process.
