As a result of continued growth, Peabody Energy are seeking high calibre Multi Skilled Production Operators to join our Wilpinjong mine on a 9 day fortnight lifestyle roster.
Reporting to the Production Supervisor, these positions are responsible for operating heavy mining equipment in a safe and efficient manner to achieve realistic production and cost targets.
This is an excellent opportunity for Multi and Single Skilled Production Operators who have extensive experience operating at least 2 of the following:
- Dozer
- CAT 789, 793, 785 and Terex MT400 trucks
- 16M & 14M graders
- D10 and D11 dozers
- Liebherr 9350, 9400
- CAT 6060 excavators.
About you:
You are an experienced Operator who;
- Can demonstrate an understanding of and a strong commitment to safety
- Understands the positive correlation between safety and productivity
- Is qualified and competent in operating of one or more of the following: Grader, Dozer, Excavator, Haul / Rock truck
