The Role:
The Production Planning Officer delivers a valuable contribution by providing dry goods administration and technical support in the form of production run administration, stock control, planning & supply duties and provides general administrative support to the Operational Team.
What you bring to the Role:
We are looking for a positive and proactive team member who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is adaptable to change, to join our Operations Team & ideally you will exhibit the following:
- Sound knowledge and experience using SAP/Vintrace (or similar) in Production Run Setup, Bills of Material, stock control and production records.
- Effective communication & interpersonal skills to liaise with various internal team members
- Have a high level of self-motivation and strong attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise
- Completes assigned tasks with diligence, commitment to quality and WHS practices
- Effective negotiation and problem-solving skills
- MRP system experience
- HRW forklift licence (desirable)
- Previous experience in the wine industry or related roles (desirable)
