Summary
Located in Norwood, the Plan Management Administration Officer will be responsible for providing effective administration, data entry and reception services to the Plan Management team. We are a small team, but a part of a larger organisation. We pride ourselves on being a local NDIS provider who doesn’t just process invoices, but support clients to achieve their NDIS goals.
Responsibilities:
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Data entry and administration assistance for the Plan Management team
- Provide general administration assistance to the Adelaide Office
- Processing of invoices
- Detailed checks of processed invoices
- Answer and direct calls for the teams as required.
Qualifications:
- Cert. IV or higher qualification in business administration or relevant sector
- Previous experience in Plan Management and NDIS considered
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
- Good interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication
- Hold or able to obtain NDIS Worker Check / Working with Children Check
- Hold a current National Police Check or able to obtain one
- Vaccinated against COVID-19
