Form of workOur client is a leading wear parts partner for the mining, transport and resources sector. Their Quality team is seeking a trustworthy individual with a keen eye for detail.
If successful, you will be required to primarily perform Magnetic Particle Inspection and hardness checks to standard to ensure that product batches meet customer requirements. You will also be required to manual handle and use a grinder daily.
About you:
The role will primarily be day shift. However, we are looking for candidates who can be flexible for shift rotation in future, which will attract shift loading.
Ideal qualities:
- Quality compliance focus and integrity
- Diligent reporting skills with ability to report observations and trends.
- Good collaboration and communication skills
- Safe history/experience with use of power tools
The successful candidate MUST:
- Able to pass a drug and alcohol test
- Able to pass a medical test
- Able to pass a police check
- Have full Australian working rights
- Have reliable transport
