- You will manage and provide leadership to the production teams at MOC cylinder filling operations to meet production plans and customer requirements
- Furthermore, you will be responsible to ensure compliance with BOC Safety Standards and Regulations
- In addition to this you will be responsible to ensure all personnel are trained and competent in tasks they are performing
- Be able to recognize good performance, identify employees with potential and support their development
- Able to actively participate in site consultation processes and ensure that there is effective communication within teams and with the broader business
What makes you great
- Demonstrated 5 years of experience in a related industrial environment including safety management, team orientation and collaborative approach
- Are able to demonstrate leadership and people management experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- You will be able to demonstrate change management and implementation skills
