About the Role
Night Shift 7-day fortnight - 12-hour shifts must be available to work every second weekend
Reporting to the Production Manager, the Shift Manager is responsible ensuring the safety of their team, the food safety and quality, GMP, HACCP and performance of the shift while adhering to the production schedule, the quality and food safety standards for our customers. This include BRC, BSI and Halal audits
Our aim is to be “Audit Ready” everyday.
The Shift Manager act as an advocate for our core values,
SAFETY, INNOVATION, RESPECT and PRIDE.
You will be required to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role in the food industry, have worked in a diverse cultural environment and work with the Production Manager on continuous improvement and coaching and developing your team.
