About the Role:
As a Production Worker, you will play a crucial role in the fast-paced environment of our busy production line. Your responsibilities will include pick and packing, blending, mixing, recipe building, as well as general cleaning and maintenance duties. Rostered shifts and on-call work may be required to meet production demands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on a busy production line
- Pick and pack products
- Blend, mix, and build recipes
- General cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Adhere to rostered shifts and on-call work as needed
Our Ideal Candidate will have:
- A passion for food.
- Previous experience in Food Manufacturing
- Enthusiasm and drive for excellence and a positive attitude.

- Effective problem-solving skills.

- A good understanding of health and safety, food safety and basic cleanliness rules.

- Operating machinery/equipment and following processes.
- Identifying and reporting hazards and working with the Team Leader to rectify.
- Complying with Hygiene and Food Safety policies, standards and procedures.
- Continually improving the quality of products and the productivity of plant and equipment.
- Maintaining appropriate housekeeping standards.
- Fulfilling your work commitments and being punctual and courteous. Showing empathy, enthusiasm, knowledge, initiative, and discipline at all times.
