Key Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning duties in guest rooms, public areas, and other designated areas as assigned.
- Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards.
- Handle basic maintenance and report any damage or issues.
- Restock and organize supplies and amenities.
- Follow health and safety regulations.
- Respond to guest requests and inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude with guests and colleagues.
Qualifications:
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.l.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
