About the Role:
We are looking for skilled Production Workers and Factory Hand for supporting manufacturing operations, with an expectation that candidates are familiar with welding techniques and equipment maintenance. Ideally the role will be full-time, Monday to Friday but we are willing to discuss part-time hours for the right candidate. Start and finish times can be negotiated.

About You:
You'll have the following:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist with material handling, including loading and unloading of raw materials and finished products.
- Previous experience as a welder/fitter in a manufacturing setting is advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent organisational skills including time management and tracking work progress.
- Initiative and attention to detail.
- A focus on delivery to customer requirements.
- Confident verbal communication & sound written communication.
- The ability to work well as part of a team.
- Willingness to take on a range of tasks including more menial work as required.
