We are currently recruiting for a Aviation Kerbside Officer to be based at Rockhampton Airport on a Casual basis.

As an Aviation Kerbside Officer you will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality, customer-focused security services while creating safe and memorable travel experiences for travellers and visitors transiting through Rockhampton Airport.

The Position
As the Aviation Kerbside Officer you will be responsible for:
- Providing consistent high level quality customer service.
- Meeting and Greeting passenger / customers upon arrival and departure.
- Efficiently and safely managing passenger and non-passenger flow front of house.
- Manage vehicular movement.
- Maintaining compliance with current legislation in all security and safety procedures.
- Utilising excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Skills and Experience
You will have:
- Ability to successfully pass Drug and Alcohol screening and Medical assessments.
- Ability to obtain an ASIC (Criminal history clearance).
- Availability to work on a 24/7 rotating roster.
- Valid QLD Security Licence.
- Customer Service experience.
