Our client incorporates 3 separate and well established companies within the Automotive Industry and are currently seeking an experienced Production / Workshop Manager to join their professional team based in the North Brisbane area.
This is a full time, permanent position and is available for an immediate start (will wait for notice periods as required).
Position Overview:-
As a rapidly growing company, an opportunity exists for a motivated Production/Workshop Manager. We are looking for someone preferably who has previous experience in the Vehicle Fabrication/Manufacturing Industry.
This is a unique opportunity to manage the workshop in an industry designing, manufacturing and installing high quality custom Truck & Vehicle bodies and accessories. We are a busy and dynamic company with the majority of our employees being long-term members of our team.
The successful applicant will be professional, thorough and able to work unsupervised to a high standard. We expect you to have deep knowledge of manufacturing production procedures, problem solving, team performance and leadership. If this sounds like you, we would like to hear from you.
Your main responsibilities and duties will include:-
- Supervise staff to ensure maximum productivity levels are achieved
- Communicate to your team daily production demands and efficiencies
- Enforce health and safety precautions
- Organise workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
- Identify and problem solve
