AddressWe are currently looking for highly motivated and safety focused Professional Drivers to join our Farm Milk Collection Division, based in Colac, Victoria!
These opportunities are for an immediate start, on a full-time and casual basis.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Delivering and picking up product in a safe manner to customer sites;
- Following all OH&S regulations and furthering the safety culture;
- Reading and following procedures and relevant work instructions;
- Liaising with customers of our client, with a friendly and professional attitude;
- Accountability for all paperwork.

To be successful in this dynamic role you will have:
- Heavy Vehicle Driving experience, ideally within farm pick up;
- A current MC licence preferred. McColl’s will cover the cost of licence upgrade in return for a minimum of 1 year service;
- An excellent Driver History Report;
- Ability to work within a team environment, as well as unsupervised;
- Excellent customer service skills, communication, written and interpersonal skills;
- A strong focus on doing the job safely and compliantly with a solid understanding of Chain of Responsibility and Road Transport Legislation;
- A strong work ethic and customer focus;
- Willingness to work a rotating roster;
- Ability to do shift work.
