Specific minimum requirements for the following roles:
Chefs
- Trade qualified / or significant experience
- Broad cooking styles and experiences
- HACCP and food hygiene and safety knowledge
- No food allergies
- Chemical handling experience
Food Service
- 2+ years Bistro, Restaurant or Café Food service experience
- Ability to carry minimum of 3 plates
- Bar experience is (nice to have)
- RSA
Bar
- 2+ years experience
- Solid product knowledge of beer, wine and spirits
- Able to hold 3+ glasses of beer (nice to have)
- Willingness to help serve food to tables and clear plates
- RSA
- RSG (nice to have)
Gaming
- Pokies experience (cashiering, clearances, fault finding)
- TAB standard operations
- RSG
- Solid bar experience (nice to have)
Housekeeping
- Physically fit, able to help move furniture
- Public area cleaning experience
- Chemical handling experience
- Domestic and commercial cleaning equipment experience
Bottleshop
- Forklift license (QLD) or willingness to obtain
- Drivers’ license
- Physically fit to move large amounts of stock (stacking display shelves and storage)
- Broad beer, wine and spirit knowledge to help recommend products to clients
REMUNERATION
This employer pays all penalties, loadings and correctly to the Award, and some roles are paid above the Award. (No underpayments as employees are valued!)
