Responsibilities
• Prepare and marinate meat for kebabs
• Skewer and charcoal kebabs to perfection
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation
• Oversee the charcoal station and maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Monitor and maintain cooking equipment and utensils
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards
• Create and innovate new kebab recipes to expand our menu options
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Persian kebab cooker or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of Persian cuisine and kebab cooking techniques
• Strong charcoaling and marinating skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
