Proven background as an Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef or Head Chef in a fast-paced, fine dining, kitchen setting High-profile industry reputation Specializing in Japanese cuisine, ideally whilst based in Japan/Asia Proficiency in devising and pricing menus Proven history of leading teams to achieve desired results Capability to oversee staff performance, addressing any deficiencies Exceptional leadership qualities and a fervor for global culinary trends Understanding of financial parameters including food and labor expenses Competence in implementing and upholding food safety protocols, including thorough documentation Experience in rostering and procurement Vigilance in monitoring and enforcing OH&S standards and protocols Aptitude for establishing and nurturing productive relationships Excellent time management skills Composure and level-headedness under pressure What’s in it for you?
