About the role
The Program Coordinator acts as conduit, orchestrator, and key point of support for the Integration Delivery Team in achieving the planning and execution of goals relating to the integration of processes, technology, and people between Heritage and People's Choice banks.
This role is responsible for building and fostering productive and value-producing relationships with business units and the cross-functional program delivery teams. This includes responsibilities and accountabilities for supporting, coordinating and facilitating the completion of activities across all integration programs of work enabling and facilitating a cohesive and collaborative work dynamic.
Snapshot of responsibilities include:
- Act as the key point of support and co-ordination between the Integration Delivery Team, business units and program delivery teams.
- Facilitate high level enterprise and strategic analysis to ensure programs are set up for success, objectives are achievable, and benefits can be realised.
- Conduct workshops and undertake in-depth analysis and modelling to develop insights, conclusions, and recommendations to support key decision makers.
- Develop constructive and collaborative relationships with staff at every level.
- Provide input into resource capacity vs. demand vs. capability forecasting and planning
- Support and assist the Integration Delivery Team in leading the execution of the Integration Roadmap
- Provide support to projects to address capability gaps and provide input/advice on best practice, techniques and frameworks to ensure successful execution and delivery of business outcomes.
- Coordination, data collation and preparation of papers/submissions for provision to governance committees and meetings including collation and publication of papers, minute records management.
- Ensure all program artefacts are maintained and available as/when required.
About you
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills in project management techniques, tools and methodologies covering all phases of project life cycle.
- Previous experience in project or program coordination, ideally in an information technology environment.
- Experience supporting the delivery of complex, cross-functional organisational change programs.
- Demonstrated experience in managing a broad internal and external stakeholder group and business owners.
- Demonstrated experience in resource forecast and planning, and engagement/onboarding.
- Previous banking and finance experience is highly desirable but not essential.
Qualifications and Memberships
- A project management certification (Prince 2, PMP, PMBok, Agile) is desirable but not mandatory.

Working arrangements
We offer flexible, hybrid working arrangements. Fully remote work will not be considered. Applicants must be able to attend one of our head offices in Toowoomba, Brisbane or Adelaide 1 or 2 days per week (or as required by your project team).
